ดังนั้นยังตั้งอยู่สามสิ่ง คือความเชื่อ ความหวังใจ และความรัก
แต่ความรักใหญ่ที่สุด (1คร 13:13)

ความรักนั้นก็อดทนนานและกระทำคุณให้ ความรักไม่อิจฉา ไม่อวดตัว
ไม่หยิ่งผยอง ไม่หยาบคาย ไม่คิดเห็นแก่ตนเองฝ่ายเดียว ไม่ฉุนเฉียว
ไม่ช่างจดจำความผิด ไม่ชื่นชมยินดีเมื่อมีการประพฤติผิด
แต่ชื่นชมยินดีเมื่อประพฤติชอบ  (1คร 13:4-6)


Meanwhile these three remain: faith, hope, and love;
and the greatest of these is love.

Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud;
love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;
love not keep a record of wrong;
love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.
